- Ugo Furniture uses UPS Ground for furniture home delivery. Because our furniture can be broken down, this allows us to ship faster than most furniture companies. East Coast destinations can typically receive delivery within 5-7 business days. West Coast deliveries typically can be received within 2-3 days of shipping from the Ugo Furniture Warehouse in Eugene, Oregon. .

- Returns & Replacements
- Only original purchasers of Ugo Furniture Products may take advantage of this policy. If your part or items that you wish to cancel has not shipped from our warehouse you may cancel that part of your order and receive a refund of your entire purchase including applicable shipping costs. You may return any product that has already shipped from our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the item by shipping the product back to our warehouse prepaid. If the product is in new condition, as Ugo Furniture will determine in its sole discretion, you will receive a refund of your entire purchase price, less original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20%. Ugo Furniture will issue refunds in the same manner in which it originally charged the customer. A refund of a cash or check payment will issue within 14 days of cancellation.
- Ordering
- Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 24 hours. We will let you know your expected production completion and delivery schedule. Ugo Furniture takes pride in order fulfillment, and furniture is usually in-stock and will take between 3-4 weeks if your furniture must be ordered. You will be notified when you furniture is being shipped, and then contacted by UPS before your furniture is delivered. - – First, go to www.ugofurniture.com and find the nearest Ugo authorized retailer in your area. Otherwise visit the Ugo website to purchase online or simply give us a call toll free at 1-877-248-0497. Ugo Furniture accepts Mastercard, Visa. No orders will be shipped from the Ugo Furniture warehouse until payment has been received in full. We ensure the security of your online transaction as all information is processed through Authorize.net. .
- Viewing Orders
- The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Ugo Furniture reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice.
