No other express warranty has been made or will be made on behalf of UGO Furniture with respect to the furniture or its parts. No representative of UGO Furniture or its distributors or retailers is authorized to make any changes or modifications to these limited warranties In no event shall UGO’s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacements.
Warranty Information
UGO Furniture (“UGO”), offers a five-year warranty against defects in wood materials and workmanship on the furniture and one year on the cushions and covers (the “Product). This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of a new Product and is subject to the terms and conditions below.
Ugo Furniture Return Policy
Only original purchasers of Ugo Furniture (“Ugo”) products may take advantage of this policy. If your part or items that you wish to cancel has not shipped from our warehouse you may cancel that part of your order and receive a refund of your entire purchase including applicable shipping costs. You may return any product that has already shipped from our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the item by notifying UGO and receiving a prepaid shipping label. If the product is in new condition, as UGO Furniture will determine in its sole discretion, you will receive a refund of your entire purchase price, less original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. UGO Furniture will issue refunds in the same manner in which it originally charged the customer: A refund of a cash or check payment will issue within 14 days of cancellation.
